Terms of service.

Session Fees

  • All session fees are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule your session, your session fee may be applied to a future booking. Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to retain the session fee.

  • Re-bookings scheduled more than 90 days from the original session date will be subject to current rates at the time of re-booking.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule your session.

  • Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

Session Timing and Late Arrivals

  • Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other bookings.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled, and a re-booking fee may apply.

Image Selection and Delivery

  • Image selection is completed during your session.

  • If images are not selected during the session, you will receive access to a private gallery for image selection within 1 business days of your session.

  • Final retouched images will be delivered within 5 business days after your selections are made.

Copyright and Usage

  • All images are copyrighted by studio428 and may not be altered, edited, or used without permission.

  • Images are licensed for personal and professional use (e.g., LinkedIn, company website, marketing materials). For extended usage or commercial licensing, please inquire.

Studio Policies

  • Outfits and personal items are the client’s responsibility. Ensure you bring any additional clothing or accessories you may need for the session.
